I work with senior leaders and decision-makers who carry responsibility that cannot easily be shared - decisions that affect people, organisations, and futures.
My role is not to advise, diagnose, or direct, but to provide a calm, intelligent, private space where judgement is clarified, decision integrity is restored, and pressure becomes manageable. As a result, decisions are no longer driven by threat responses.

How our conversations work
We begin with a private, confidential conversation to understand what you are navigating and what feels most pressing right now.
Sessions are deliberately unstructured by design. There is no formula, framework, or agenda imposed - only focused attention, careful questioning, and space to think clearly.
Some clients engage short-term around a specific decision. Others work with me over time as a steady thinking presence alongside their leadership role.

My background spans psychology, leadership development, and performance under pressure, with work informed by both academic training and decades of real-world engagement.
I do not position myself as an expert with answers, but as someone experienced enough to sit calmly inside complexity without rushing it towards resolution.
